This fabulous Sterling Silver Enamel dragonfly brooch is set in Silver, circa 1900.
Insect jewellery is highly collectable and was a symbol of good luck to the wearer during the Victorian Eras.This beautiful dragonfly is decorated with delicate mauve wings and a green body.The iridescence of the purple wings perfectly compliments the green enamel centre.
The brooch displays pristine detailed workmanship by the English maker John Atkins and Son and carries their makers mark.
